Refund policy

All classes, crops, and retreats must be paid for when signing up.  If class is "kitable", we will save your kit for up to 10 days for you to pick up. If a class involves a technique that we have to do to include in your kit, there may be an extra charge depending on the technique used. Cancellations made for the Weekend Crops & Retreats will result in half your fee refunded if a replacement is available. If no replacement is available, then no refund will be given. This policy will be strongly enforced. Thank you for your understanding.

While every effort is made to produce a perfect product, should you find a defect, please contact us with a photo, and we will work with you to make your order and experience the best.

Should you wish to return your item for a refund (Though we're sure you'll love it!), we require that it be in the original packaging, that you contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item, and that return shipping charges be paid by the buyer. Once a return is agreed upon, items must be shipped within 7 business days.

Custom orders, which include card kits, layout kits, and DIY kits may not be returned, however, if an error occurs on my part, I will make any necessary corrections.
